∎ Master's degree in Marketing is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Judicially identify potential clients from the market.
∎ Communicate and visit different prospective clients and select the most eligible ones.
∎ Collect Relevant documents from Clients.
∎ Plan and conduct all marketing activities and strategies properly and magnificently.
∎ Develop and maintain client-wise data as per the demand of the company.
∎ Formulate policy of advertising and other promotional activities.
∎ Collect information about competitors and market conditions and update the management regularly.
∎ Ensure the selection of right candidates with right attitude, and suites to the mission & vision of our company.
∎ Prepare the annual recruitment budget and management control of expenditures from the budget including advertising, printing, and agency fees, etc.
∎ Conduct and keep a record of the manpower planning for the office.
∎ Be fully conversant with the firm's recruitment procedures and act as a source of advice in the office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years of experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in Corporate Sales & Marketing.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
