∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Trading or Export/Import

Job Context:
∎ Establish and maintain good business partnership by ensuring excellent customer service.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision.
∎ Perform periodical meeting with the product development team to discuss current development for existing customers and new developments on clothing for offering to existing or new customers.
∎ Co-ordinates with factory as well as production team in order to deliver on time shipment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing buyer and factory.
∎ Arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production by leading a team effectively.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ Maintain various documents (buyer wise, style wise, order wise).
∎ We are looking for Merchandising concern who capable to sourcing buyer and good factory for Knits, woven and sweater.
∎ Very Strong Knowledge on costing, price negotiation, sourcing of fabrics, accessories & any other material local & import.
∎ Regular monitoring of the production lines/factories to achieve for timely shipment.
∎ Follow up the order by using the Order Follow-up System and use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status.
∎ Understand supplier capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time.
∎ Independently prepare Time and Action (T&A) plans & Follow up accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ we preference 5 to 10 years marketing and merchandising sourcing experience from trading buying house.
