Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyse regional market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set marketing objectives, budgets, and timelines for the region.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing activities in the region.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns to increase market presence.

Campaign Management

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) tailored to regional needs. Coordinate product launches, promotions, fairs, and events.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on results.

Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion.
  • Provide marketing materials, product knowledge, and promotional tools to sales representatives.
  • Support distributors and retailers with localized marketing initiatives.

Market Research

  • Conduct surveys, field visits, and competitor analysis. Provide insights on pricing, product demand, and customer preferences.

 

Team Leadership

  • Manage and guide regional marketing executives or field promoters.
  • Train the team on brand guidelines, product knowledge, and campaign execution.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage regional marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on marketing activities, ROI, and performance metrics.

 Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with head office marketing, sales, and production teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, event organizers, and media partners.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Oversee regional digital campaigns and social media activations.
  • Coordinate content creation (photos, videos, posts) relevant to the region.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure all marketing activities follow company policies, legal standards, and brand guidelines.
