Responsibilities & Context:
Perform microbiological testing of dairy products including TPC, coliforms, yeast & mold, and pathogen detection
Monitor hygiene practices throughout the production process
Ensure product quality in coordination with QA/QC teams
Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and HACCP standards
Assist in troubleshooting microbiological issues in raw materials and finished products
