Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns and Working within a fashion Retail Company as any Managerial position.
∎ These types of campaigns promote an organization as well as its products and services.
∎ Have to play a significant role in developing and maintaining brand awareness within the digital space. In addition to this, is responsible for driving traffic to the company's website and for attaining leads and customers.
∎ Identifying and evaluating new digital technologies.
∎ Use Web analytics tools - such as Google Analytics - in order to measure site traffic.
∎ Conduct digital marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns as well as social media, display and search advertising.
∎ Planning and executing all digital marketing efforts, including search engine
∎ optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM, maintaining the digital marketing, email, social media as well as display advertising campaigns
∎ Designing, building and maintaining the company's social media presence
∎ Measuring and reporting on how all digital marketing campaigns performed
∎ Identifying trends and insights as well as optimizing spend and performance based on the insights gained from these activities
∎ Brainstorming innovating and out-of-the-box growth strategies
∎ Planning, executing, and measuring experiments as well as conversion tests
∎ Collaborating with internal teams in order to design landing pages and optimize user experience
∎ Use strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels as well as customer touch points
∎ Instituting conversion points and optimize user funnels
∎ Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
∎ Evaluating emerging technologies as well as providing thought leadership and
∎ perspective for adoption where appropriate
∎ Co-ordinate all programs refer to physical shops
∎ Relate all digital activities with all shops
∎ Co-ordinate with others managers and departments
∎ Arrange shops base marketing program and convert them in digital forms
∎ Have adequate knowledge and experience in content, photo-shoot, productshoot and proper utilization
Additional Requirements:
∎ You have prior experience in a similar role in a fashion retail company more than 2/3 years.
∎ You have good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
∎ You have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
∎ You are a creative thinker and problem solver.
∎ You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
