- Develop Marketing Strategies
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services across digital, print and outdoor media.
- Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
- Align marketing activities with company goals and brand positioning.
- Campaign Management
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement).
- Ability to be creative and design for produce marketing materials.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and forecast future marketing trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management based on insights.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage digital channels (social media, email marketing, website, SEO/SEM, paid ads).
- Track analytics to measure digital campaign performance and adjust strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized digital campaigns.
- Brand Management
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Oversee content creation, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
- Support product launches, PR initiatives, and brand events.
- Event & Promotional Activities
- Plan and organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to maximize exposure.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and logistics coordination.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with sales, product development, Supply Chain and customer service teams.
- Liaise with external partners, media, and advertising agencies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Track spend versus performance to optimize future marketing investments.
- Prepare periodic marketing performance reports.
