Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit various locations to identify and engage with potential parents interested in enrolling their children at Smart Innovations School.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with parents, answering their inquiries, and providing
∎ information about the school's programs, facilities, and curriculum.
∎ Organize and participate in marketing activities, including open houses, school events, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Conduct effective presentations to showcase the benefits of the IB curriculum and the unique features of our school.
∎ Collaborate with the admissions team to guide parents through the application and enrollment process.
∎ Keep up-to-date with educational trends and market insights to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the school.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ A strong passion for education and an understanding of the IB curriculum is a plus.
∎ Willingness to travel to different locations regularly.
∎ Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and a team player.
