Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and email marketing initiatives to promote the Time-Sharing Card program.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of marketing activities.
∎ Assist in creating compelling content for marketing collaterals, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
∎ Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
∎ Manage and maintain social media platforms for the Time-Sharing Card program, including regular posting, engaging with followers, and monitoring comments and messages.
∎ Stay updated with social media trends and explore new ways to leverage social media for marketing purposes.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and helpful information about the Time-Sharing Card program.
∎ Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
∎ Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to promote the Time-Sharing Card program and engage potential customers.
∎ Coordinate with the events team to ensure smooth event execution.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Marketing Manager.
∎ Use data insights to propose recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, promotional materials, and training related to the Time-Sharing Card program.
∎ Collaborate with other teams, such as content, design, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
∎ Assist in maintaining the visual identity and branding of the Time-Sharing Card program across all marketing materials and channels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role is an advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
∎ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software is a plus.
∎ A passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
