∎ আপনাকে অবশ্যই নমনিয় হতে হবে। সবার সাথে ভালো আচারণ করতে হবে। অফিসের সকল নিয়ম মেনে চলতে হবে।
∎ এটি একটি ট্রাভের এজেন্সি তাই আপনাকে সময়ের সাথে সাথে নিজেকে পরিবর্তণ করে নিতে হবে।

∎ Proper Customer service.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries
∎ Able to solve problems and use their initiative to find the best travel packages for clients.
∎ Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete everything on time.
