∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide product and service information to customers.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Maintaining the relationship between the company and customers.
∎ Meet exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader.
∎ Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
∎ Develop robust knowledge of all 3rd-party partners.
∎ Attend relevant trade shows and events.
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
∎ Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.
∎ Report Daily on the status of field marketing activities.
∎ Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
