Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Event/ Campaign Co-ordinator, Field Marketing, promotional activities, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the territory coverage targets by ensuring sustainability and app technology.
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge about our app uses and onboard new opportunities including the dropped customers in assigned territory.
∎ Create and execute territory marketing plans that meet or exceed established sales targets.
∎ Optimize business development plans by working closely with Area Manager to maximize time in the field.
∎ Extensive pharmacy visits in the territory and understanding their business needs.
∎ Continuously expand customers.
∎ Build long-term and productive relationships with existing and new pharmacies.
∎ Work effectively with internal support departments to promote sales offers for new and existing customers to maximize visibility.
∎ Complete Marketing activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must need to have personal motorcycle and driving license.
∎ Previous Tech-based/ FMCG experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Willing to visit extensively (Field level work).
∎ Computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets and email.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to accomplish desired results under pressure.
∎ Eager to continuously learn.
∎ Assertive and self-motivated.
Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
