Having computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe PDF, Auto CAD.
Responsibilities & Context:
Communication (Written and oral) with the Overseas Suppliers of machinery.
To prepare a technical and commercial quotation/ offers of machinery correctly and completely according to requirements of Customers.
To negotiate the scope of supply, technical parameters of products and price with Overseas Suppliers.
To deal with Indent/Pro-forma Invoice, LC, Shipping documents, Payment against LC, etc.
To deal with commercial matter related to import of goods/product.
Coordination with sales and Technical Service Team and organize regular Divisional Meeting.
To maintain and update all documents of the Division in time.
To perform administrative role in the Division.
Other work/ task/ assignment given by the Management.
