Job Responsibilities:
Promote the company name and services,
Attending the day to day clients call. Handling them until their final settlement.
Create regular video content and go live on social media Network.
Respond to customer questions and service concerns.
Promotion and Branding on social media.
Maintain Day to day official activities .
Communication with agent and supplier.
Promote the company name and services by interacting with customers, sales prospects, and business partners.
Provide customers with information about our services.
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to develop the business & promotional activities.
