Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the company name and services,
- Attending the day to day clients call. Handling them until their final settlement.
- Create regular video content and go live on social media Network.
- Respond to customer questions and service concerns.
- Promotion and Branding on social media.
- Maintain Day to day official activities .
- Communication with agent and supplier.
- Promote the company name and services by interacting with customers, sales prospects, and business partners.
- Provide customers with information about our services.
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to develop the business & promotional activities.
