∎ BBA / Bachelor in Marketing from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate and Building Construction Products.
∎ Identify and develop sources of potential clients and effectively communicate with clients.
∎ Maintain regular contact with Key Clients and others via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
∎ Prepare business proposal, quotation / offer letter and presentation.
∎ Take effective regular marketing and sales visits to Public and Private organization.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Collect latest market information and incorporate them in marketing plan/strategy.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to immediate supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to correspondence/work with minimum supervision.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially MS Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Young, dynamic, proactive & smart.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
