Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Enhancing relationship value with existing customers on a regular basis and creating opportunities for further sales.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
∎ Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities.
∎ Use market insights to develop strategies that help the organization grow and improve customer acquisition.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s reach.
∎ Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
∎ Set short-term and long-term marketing goals to align with the company’s business development targets.
∎ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
