∎ Promote Sales /and supervision of Marketing Officer to achieve their Target.
∎ Development good relationship with Breeder Farms and commercial firm Management
∎ Identify new customers, visit companies ,etc
∎ Assist MD/ Directors /accountant in financial reporting and analysis.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly financial statements and present auditor’s report.
∎ Provide overall guidance and oversight to financial Management of the BPKT.
∎ Plan and organize AGMs/EGMs/ Board meeting/Committee meeting.
∎ Ensure that the organization is conducting its business in accordance with applicable laws, rules & regulations and follows highest standards of business ethics.
∎ Keep update with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization and taking appropriate measures thereof.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting to the respective authorities.
∎ Generate and follow up on leads for refinance, green finance and project-based funding opportunities.
∎ Develop and evaluate project financial models using Excel to assess structuring options.
∎ Job Context
∎ This position is responsible for leading and managing the credit recovery department, ensuring the effective and efficient recovery of outstanding debts. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize financial losses and maximize recovery rates.
