Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create effective marketing plans and strategies for the Time-Sharing Card Branding.
∎ Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
∎ Propose innovative marketing ideas to increase the program's reach and engagement.
∎ Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and email marketing initiatives.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
∎ Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum results.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging content for marketing collaterals, social media, and website.
∎ Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
∎ Coordinate and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase the Time-Sharing Card program to potential customers.
∎ Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, promotional materials, and sales training related to the Time-Sharing Card program.
∎ Assist in lead generation and tracking of sales performance.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries related to the Time-Sharing Card program and provide timely and accurate information.
∎ Monitor online reviews and manage the online reputation of the program.
∎ Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing activities.
∎ Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
∎ Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on branding and promotions, preferably within the hospitality industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
∎ Creative thinking and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing software.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
