Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop opportunities and implement marketing strategy aligned with the organizational goal.
∎ To implement marketing mix and marketing plan to increase market share.
∎ To visit market and clients regularly, conduct market research & study the trends to identify the product gap and take initiative to fill up the gap
∎ To develop and maintain relation with dealers, clients, masons and end-users.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors in the assigned zone and provide reports.
∎ Attend customer's queries, problems & issues.
∎ Achieving the sales target and extend, distribution coverage and transaction targets of respective area.
∎ Visit prospective clients and build rapport.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Preference will be given to the experienced candidates
∎ Candidates must mention two persons reference in the CV.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
∎ Ready to take challenges
∎ Capability of convincing customers

Salary: Negotiable
