Job Responsibilities:
∎ You are accountable to secure an efficient supplier portfolio that supports the H&M Group’s ambition on Fair, Circular, Climate Neutral and Traceable Capacity Development within our ecosystem
∎ You do this by setting and securing an impactful short and long-term supply chain strategy as per our customer demands
∎ A critical focus of your role will be to manage our portfolio of suppliers by driving the SLM to meet the differing demands within our respective customer groups
∎ It is essential that you develop our existing suppliers in order to increase their ownership, sustainable practices and production efficiency
∎ You will secure this through leading and driving relevant projects and programs in cooperation with your local teams and other Production Offices
∎ In collaboration with industry peers and other stakeholders, you will drive market and industrial innovation and development in your country or region, in order to secure a sustainable and resilient supply chain
∎ You will translate the Group’s sustainable business strategies, concerning our environmental and social agenda, into progressive goals & activities within your PO
∎ You will have a clear intention to increase the competitive advantage in favor of the Group and Brands/BUs ambitions
∎ You will be ultimately accountable for ensuring that sustainability goals are met, and key results are achieved, for your country or region. These goals and subsequent results will be aligned with the l sustainable business visions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 10-12 years of professional working experience in similar role
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred
∎ Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in a simple way by using tools such as Excel
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Is a driven team player that can guide, involve and inspire the rest of the team
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked
∎ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situations
∎ Big leadership Potential
