Must have work experienced with M&S buyer. Knowledge on Gerber technology & system pattern designing, knowledge on manual pattern making on lingerie items, all sewing machine, Must have experience on similar capacity.

Deeply concern  on progress & improvement to Hoplun’s success for aiming high & competitive to other factories in BD.

• Follow up customer comments especially with M&S Buyer.

• Check sample quality during in process to ensure that all points are being followed and applied to the samples and meet the customer demand.

• Identify critical operations and take necessary actions to enhance the operation.

• RA, PP & Technical Meeting follow up.

• Work closely with mechanical team to set up new machinery / attachments /folders to simplify operation in bulk.

• Provide clear direction to cutting department on special cutting method.

• Take ownership of pilot inspection/initial inspection and production sample checking process.

• Coordinate with Molding head & Internal pattern team to finalized fabric mold parameters according to bulk fabrication.

• Approve Duplicate sample for all new styles & make sure bulk is met customer demands.

• Co-ordinate with production team and in order to minimize production and quality issues.

• Coordinate to PPO/China for any upcoming new Styles analysis for any special folder, attachments, etc. For early preparation & to avoid any delay or Quality defect priori start Production plan.

• Follow –up communication with PPO, Quality, Production, Merchandisers, IE above any garment defective issues or any continuous major issues must be solved with immediate action.

• Ensure weekly "Pull Bull" fitting (100% all style).

• If there is an audit to face at sample room, to provide Active support in Technical & Social compliance requirements to have a positive result.

• Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management at any time
