Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
- Candidate must need to have experience working in knit composite unit
- Candidate must need to have hands on experience in purchasing yarn, fabric, dyes & chemical
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for full cycle supply chain process for yarn, fabric, dyes & chemical of knit dyeing composite unit
- Ensure material requirements are verified and avoid excess/short purchase
- Develop various suppliers in order to achieve best output in terms of price, quality, delivery and payment
- Communicate with factory store in order to minimize wastage & utilize stock
- Communicate with suppliers to in-house material with stipulated schedule
- Communicate with user department & store in order to receive exact quality product
- Develop market intelligence in order to create alternate/substitute product database
- Analyze trends and build rapport with merchandising/planning department in order to prepare material forecast
- Keep contact with other departments to collect information in order to tackle any adverse situation
