Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, managing and executing Printing & Packaging operations.
∎ Manage manpower to ensure efficient production.
∎ Maintain a record of production and prepare daily production report with details analysis.
∎ Discussing with factory management about technical & miscellaneous issues.
∎ Discussing & giving Instruction to the concerned about daily issues.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring the Raw Material stock position for executing optimum stock level as per plan.
∎ Overall responsible for Local and imported Raw Materials and Capital machinery for the company.
∎ Ready to accept any other assignment given by the concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in LDPE blowing machine, lamination machine, Extrusion machine, 7 or 10 colour printing machine, cutting machine etc.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be a good organizer, able to lead team
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Must have strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
