• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• Age At least 30 years

B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.

10+ years of experience in factory/industrial maintenance, preferably in the food & beverage sector.

Strong knowledge of food-grade machinery, utilities, and automation systems.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Ability to implement energy-saving and cost-effective maintenance solutions.

• Lead and manage the maintenance team for the overall plant and utilities.

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Ensure all equipment complies with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee installation, modification, and commissioning of food processing machinery.

• Maintain and monitor utility systems (boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, generators, water treatment, etc.).

• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and health & safety standards.

• Control spare parts inventory and manage maintenance budgets efficiently.

• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Formulate and implement effective maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure smooth operations of mechanical systems.

• Execute routine scheduled maintenance and promptly respond to equipment faults to minimize downtime.

• Diagnose mechanical breakdown problems and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Fit and install new mechanical parts, ensuring that all equipment operates safely and correctly.

• Conduct quality inspections on maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

• Ensure spare parts and proper inventory management for uninterrupted maintenance support.

• Monitor and control maintenance costs within the allocated budget while maintaining efficiency and safety.

• Manage and control all maintenance tools, equipment, and store items to ensure availability and accountability.

• Handle emergencies, unplanned breakdowns, and repairs to restore operations quickly.

• Ensure adequate coverage and quick resolution for all machinery and equipment in the event of breakdowns.

• Ensure continuous and uninterrupted utility services, including gas and electricity, coordinating with relevant teams as required.
