Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
∎ M.Com or MBA in Finance from Public University or reputed private university (NSU, EWU, AIUB, IUB, Brac)
∎ Chartered Accountancy Course completed (CA CC) having Partial Qualification is mandatory for this position.
∎ Skills Required: CA CC, Corporate Finance, Finance & Bank Operation, Syndicated Loan Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a yearly budget plan.
∎ Ensure Fund and Loan management.
∎ International Loan management process.
∎ Analysis of Risk Management.
∎ Preparation of Budget based on Business Plan.
∎ Dealing with NBR regarding Customs Duty, Excise, Income Tax & VAT.
∎ Bank Statement Reconciliation.
∎ Arrangements of Bank loans including collection and repayment.
∎ Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements and find out to pinpoint potential weak areas.
∎ Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Board meeting members with finance related information and requirements.
