Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University
∎ BUTEX graduate will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective plan of Knitting, Batch Preparation, Dyeing, Finishing to achieve the annual business plan;
∎ Ensure strategic business plan to increase revenue, growth and ensure cost effective management of resource with maximum efficiency;
∎ Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the Production Schedule.
∎ Forecast and plan the in-housing of raw materials and different ancillaries to meet production schedules of Knitting and Dyeing.
∎ Maintain close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & store department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Review periodic goals for achieving annual business plan and adopt corrective measures where the goals are not being met;
∎ Ensure the maintenance of required database and present report for management;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in the same position.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
