Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA Partly Qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and guide the team involved in activities related to the maintenance of daily accounting functions.
∎ Prepare Income Statement, Balance Sheet, departmental budget, and control the overall accounts management.
∎ Works with the business to identify and translate business needs into functional/ technical requirements.
∎ Maintain effective liaison with relevant departments like costing, procurement, internal audit, etc., and external stakeholders as well as for the smooth operation of the business. Ensure compliance of the applicable national laws and regulations, e.g. VAT and Tax rules.
∎ Requirement analysis, development change requirements, resource and scope, functional specifications, configuration, multiple phases of testing, training, and team development.
∎ Periodically reconciliation of all activities of all transactions.
∎ Control all the master data approval for creation, setting, and enhancement.
∎ Reconciliation for GR/IR, paid, unpaid invoice, vendor balance reconciliation
∎ Monitor and supervise the record of fixed asset acquisition, movement & dispositions in the accounting system.
∎ Create and maintain bank master and house banks.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
