Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, communicate and monitor policy, procedures, framework & toolkits on Operational Risk across all units of IPDC Finance Plc.
Identify, review, analyze and manage operational risks in all products, businesses & support units of IPDC Finance Plc.
Conduct independent process diagnosis of existing work process of each unit/department across the organization.
Identify the process improvement areas that have implication on operational risk concerns.
Analyze, assess & filter potential fraud risks associated with products, services, transactions, inconsistencies, suspicious cases, early warnings and review existing control environment and assess effectiveness against frauds.
Conduct investigation/enquiry of cases, prepare investigation reports, provide recommendations for risk mitigation and present it to Management.
Development of processes & procedures to prevent fraud. Work closely with the Business & Back-office teams (including IT team) to implement fraud prevention strategies.
