Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in HRM
∎ Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance Management, HR and compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ To maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ To prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per the buyer's requirement.
∎ Responsible for performing internal audit and follow-up audit on Ethical Standards, Buyers Code of Conduct BETTER WORK, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, OEKOTEX@100, GOTS, ZDHC, CTPAT, HIGG, ISO, Safety issues (building, electrical & fire safety) and Environmental issues to all suppliers as well as in factory as required.
∎ To ensure conducting of internal periodical audit in factories; and ensuring issues are resolved.
∎ Prepare corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections/departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Ability to find out the nonconformity and to take proper measures to address the noncompliance issues and present a solution to make it sustainable.
∎ Must have ability to prepare all reports and correspondences with stakeholders in English & Bengali.
∎ Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers/CAP as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To monitor daily workers' safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
∎ Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, CSDS and Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
∎ Overall management of employee's punctuality, discipline, security.
∎ Address employee related issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures at per law.
∎ Any other day to day activities as and when required.

∎ Must have vast knowledge about RSC/Accord/Alliance requirements and implementation procedures and practices.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, Amendment act -2013, 2018, and Bangladesh Labor Rules.
