Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is a manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking an experienced, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute & guide the commercial team to ensure full compliance with Standard procedure in terms of commercial activities.
∎ Ensure compliance process and documentation of Customs Bond Warehouse Management.
∎ Independently can manage and follow-up Bond Commissionerate related all tasks (Bond Audit, General Bond & License renewal, Entitlement, In-Bond, Ex-Bond for Direct & Deemed Export, UP approval, and others).
∎ Able to manage the team of 18 outstanding talented pool and ensure all required process, documentation and records are keeping accordingly up to date.
∎ Up to date knowledge on customs law, rules, customs tariff schedule, NBR- SROs, VAT, duty & taxes for import Raw materials, import & export policies, banking circulars etc.
∎ Manage integrated Process among Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Taxation, Sales, CS, and others to ensure effective teamwork.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of standard policies and procedures following the Management instructions.
∎ Dealing with freight forwarding agent/ shipping line, C&F agents, transport companies and other authorities (CCI&E, BIDA, BB, BGAPMEA, BELMA, DEDO, BGMEA, BEPZA & others).
∎ Drafting all kinds of business letters including banking, commercial, financial and customs SCN related letters and able to frequently mail co-responding with all stake holders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ High sense of integrity and hardworking.
∎ Able to work independently, ability to supervise and manage team members efficiently.
∎ Preference will be given to applicants who have work experience in outside EPZ.
