Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's revenue operations and accountable for the performance of revenue functions within the organization for Offshore Market. This includes leading the sales and Business Development functions in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating sales.
∎ Drive scale and profitability by appropriately professionalizing the Company's go-to-market strategy, sales function, and account management.
∎ Coach team to improve performance, shortening deal cycles, and improving sales forecasting accuracy. Drive improvement in higher closure rates, increased average deal value, and account growth.
∎ Work with marketing team to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.
∎ Provide sales leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value.
∎ Formulate a pricing strategy based on the customer's expectations, competitive situation, potential differentiators, and other factors.
∎ Develop and follow-up new business development opportunities and improve sales through various methods
∎ Create a sales pipeline, carry out sales forecasts, analyze and present the findings to senior management/the board of directors
∎ Supervise and manage the team members of different local and international partners for large System Integration Project
∎ Plan and prepare presentations
∎ Communicate new product developments or partnerships to prospective clients
∎ Prepare business proposals, solutions documentations and Negotiate with stakeholders
∎ Collect market feedback regarding changing technology and generate product development or service delivery ideas

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have minimum 8-10 years of ICT (Solution & BPM) Business development experience in offshore market. Candidates with less experience but having high potentials can be considered.
∎ Must have proven track record in Business Development for Offshore Market. Must have in-depth understanding of offshore software/ BPO Industry.
∎ Must have experience in onboarding new offshore IT businesses, Targeting potential clients, steering sales and pre-sales activities, Managing account as well as project management.
∎ Candidate should have experience & network with the national & international business hub who will be working as sales agent to onboard businesses in the offshore market.
∎ Candidate must have to be flexible in working different time-zone to comply client’s business hours.
∎ Candidate must have ability to identify and close specific sales opportunities with targeted companies.
∎ Candidate must have understanding of business transformation propositions for individual prospects /industries and have ability to present business proposal to prospective clients/customers.
∎ Candidate have to identify potential leads through networking, calling, social media or other sources in the assigned territory/ geography.
∎ Candidate must have to be well versed in understanding of new technology as well as software development tools and identify resource availability in the market.
∎ Candidate must have strong knowledge in Presentation, documentation and Excel.
∎ Candidate need to have to strategize the digital campaign for how lead generation will be conducted and covert into sales.
