Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ BSc (Honors) in CSE, CSC, TE, ICE, ETE or related science faculty

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ccna, ITIL, MCSA, Microsoft Office Suite, MTCNA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth System & Services operation by analyzing, planning & distribution work to team members
∎ Operational planning & designing for to minimize interruption and maximize service availability with security.
∎ Partner management, Cross functional department, SLA & OLA
∎ Share Knowledge, Delegate work, distribution & conduct sessions
∎ Ensure security of End User of the entire organization
∎ Update and patch management, device hardening of end user equipment
∎ Integration with monitoring systems, SIEM, SOAR and monitor the activity
∎ Prepare Incident & change report
∎ Manage Asset of all end user equipment
∎ Ensure backup & restoration of end user devices
∎ Troubleshoot and Level three support end user Software, Antivirus, Operating system related issues
∎ Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment.
∎ Process, policy, SOP, build document, project doc, issue register, risk register etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year as Managerial position
∎ Work area: Support / Helpdesk (End user, system, network, application, ERPs)
∎ Experience area: Network, System, Printer, Antivirus, IP Phone, ITIL, Microsoft 365, business apps
∎ Equipment / Software: Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, IP Phone, OS, Office, Website, CCTV
∎ End user security system like antivirus, DLP, firewall etc.
∎ MS365, ERPs etc.
∎ Related applications and monitoring systems like cacti, opmanager
∎ Device hardening with CIS control, update & patch management
∎ Incident & change management
∎ Operational analysis, planning & management ability
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal & leadership skill
∎ Capability to work under pressure to meet schedule.
∎ Moderate communication (both English & Bangla) for operational, critical & escalation process.
∎ Must be quick learner to adopt new technology.
∎ Capability of taking risk & making decision at crucial moment.
∎ Positive, self-motivated
