Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with port authority, terminal operators and statutory boards to ensure all regulatory requirements are complied with the standard
∎ Liaise with freight forwarders, haulers, shipowners, shipping lines/agents and customers
∎ Develop action plans for resource utilization and oversees the implementation of workflow improvements.
∎ Manage compliance with risk management frameworks, policies and processes
∎ Liaison with Principal Officer of Mercantile Marine Office for various works for smooth operation
∎ Liaison with Shipping Master of Govt. Shipping office for various works for smooth operation
∎ Providing Port D/A and other necessary information to owners / charterers
∎ Negotiate with PDA with owners / charters for handling vessel
∎ Attending various query of owners / charters as per their requirement
∎ Updating vessels information to owners / charterers daily for their record as per required
∎ Liaise with stevedore association, shipping agent association, C&F agent
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
