Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans, processes, and structures to establish a strong foundation for our sales team.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure high performance and productivity.
∎ Identify target markets, potential clients, and business opportunities to drive sales growth.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers.
∎ Design and deliver effective sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to showcase our company's offerings.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to leverage business opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
∎ Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
∎ Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed.
∎ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property development trends, and customer preferences in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in developing sales processes, systems, and structures within a new or growing organization is highly desirable.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
∎ Fluency in both English and Bangla languages.
∎ 5-10 years in Real Estate Sales.
