Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for providing leadership and management of quality control technology transfer and regulatory support activities.
∎ To ensure proper quality of all incoming RM, PM, FG & active ingredients and to maintain proper quarantine procedure.
∎ Coordination with Production Warehouse Commercial, Business and other stakeholders (Internal & External).
∎ To develop new technology/processes/formulations/analytical methods related to laboratory activities.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance and update/enrichment of all QC/R&D documents - Specifications, SOP, MSDS, Process Sheet, Method of Analysis, Test Report etc. as per requirement.
∎ Knowledge in data interpretation of analytical instruments like GC,GC-MS, LC, LC-MS etc.
∎ Responsible for laboratory and laboratory Asset Management (tangible & intangible) as per the process.
∎ To validate methods of analysis, preparation of supporting documents (including certificate/ accreditation) and maintenance of analytical records.
∎ To attend all internal audit, SQA audit and SCJ audit and implement appropriate corrective and preventive action as per observation and suggestion by auditor and visitor.
∎ To prepare documents for ISO/IEC: 17002510. To check all types of market returned products and to segregate QC compiled product and non-compiled product, consequently to instruct respective departments to take necessary action.
∎ To check water quality of Effluent Treatment Plan and report sent to the concerned department.
∎ Responsible for efficient team and resource management.
∎ To adhere to given and assigned responsibilities and activities.
