Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Monitoring:1.Continuously follow up on all SBU (Strategic Business Unit) production scenarios.2.Ensure all production schedules are adhered to and report any deviations.
∎ Project Management:1.Oversee all ongoing projects within the organization. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.2.Conduct regular status meetings with project teams.
∎ Risk Assessment:1.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.2.Prepare risk management reports and escalate critical issues when necessary.
∎ Deadline Tracking:1.Ensure all project and production deadlines are met.2.Develop and implement strategies to handle delays or bottlenecks.
∎ Communication & Reporting:1.Act as the primary point of contact between teams and the Deputy COO.2.Prepare detailed progress reports for ongoing projects and production scenarios.3.Communicate updates, challenges, and solutions effectively.
∎ Coordination:1.Facilitate collaboration between production teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.2.Streamline workflows to ensure alignment across SBUs.
