Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for lift, generator, HVAC, and firefighting products.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors.
- Maintain a strong project pipeline through market intelligence and networking.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and engineers.
- Demonstrate strong leadership to drive the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Set KPIs and regularly review team performance.
- Drive B2B sales targeting developers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and after-sales service teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
