Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in media planning and activation, preferably within the fintech or financial services, telecom, CPG (consumer packaged goods) or startup industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and software

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose:

The Media and Activation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of media and activation campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple financial service products. This role is crucial in ensuring that our marketing efforts are effectively reaching and resonating with target audiences especially youth, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Media & Activation Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media and activation strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and financial service product offerings.

  • Identify target audiences and determine the most effective offline media channels to reach them.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel offline media & activation campaigns and amplify it through social media channels to maximize reach.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Budget Management:

  • Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and optimization of resources.

  • Monitor and report on media spend and campaign performance against KPIs

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and ROI.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Media & Activation Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media and activation strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and financial service product offerings.

Compliance and Brand Standards:

  • Ensure all media activities comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all media channels.
