∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day to day running of the production facility and also capable for reviewing and analyzing production records to design production plan for daily, monthly and yearly.
∎ Efficiently scheduling daily feed production volume through administer work order and ensure customer requests and shop-floor yields are met.
∎ Lead a team and achieve the highest standards of production. Able to manage, supervise, and motivate teams of production and shipping supervisors and also demonstrate leadership and motivation together with the creation of a team that readily accepts responsibility and ownership.
∎ Working closely with teams from other areas, rigorously manage operations with a view to reducing costs and losses; but maintain hygiene standards and the implementations of all procedures
∎ Ensure achievement of productivity and efficiency and to ensure work orders are completed on time and within agreed budget.
∎ Plan and direct processing activities as well as establish processing priorities for products. And also coordinate processing activities with supply chain, maintenance and other concern department.
∎ Develop a site structure which enables the production and delivery of feed of consistently satisfactory quality and the requirements of health and safety and environmental legislation/policy to be met at minimum cost
∎ Continued compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental Law and Policy. Maintain HACCP systems to Company requirements.
∎ Staying up-to-date on new technology and identifying ways to make process improvements as Champion
∎ Ensure an adequate maintenance program is devised and implemented.
∎ Ensuring all employees are trained on safety and continuing to stay up-to-date, and maintaining filling equipment and other equipment needed to perform duties.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders and ensure customer expectations are met.
∎ Setting quality assurance standards and ensure maximize finished product quality standards and consistency.
∎ Manage the site stock control and variances.
∎ Design and maintain all Feed Mill operations SOP as and when necessary.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
