Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct and coordinate the entire operational activities regarding sales of Buses and Coaches.
∎ Lead the sales-force responsible for sales of Buses to achieve departmental KPIs in line with organizational objectives ensuring the most effective use of resources.
∎ Projection and evaluation of the financial aspects of products and services such as budgets, expenditures, life-cycle cost, return-on-investment, profit-loss etc. and compare the same with the competitions.
∎ Assist Develop pricing strategies, balancing organizational objectives and customer satisfaction.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitors' activities; work closely with Corporate Marketing Department to initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
∎ Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of marketing & sales efforts.
∎ Improve the quality of sales & service analyzing the data on customers' feedback.
∎ Ensure proper planning and implementing promotional activities.
∎ Assess market potential of both existing and upcoming products (if any).
∎ Preparing yearly budget and strategic business plan (both ABP and long term plans).
∎ Ensure training and skill development of teammates.
∎ Coordinate and keep strong relationship with key principals for smooth business operations.
∎ Capability to select the right Bus Chassis and Body making targeting a reasonable market share
∎ Explore new business, develop new accounts, create new sales channel.
∎ Prepare and update job descriptions, set KPIs and assess performance of the subordinates
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10+ years' of experience including at least 5 years proven track record in a leading role of Bus sales.
∎ Well knowledge about Bus and Chassis marketing along with Body making resources
∎ Should be capable of managing Automobile (Bus/Coach) Business independently.
∎ Should be capable of dealing with key principals.
∎ Target oriented, proactive, confident and with excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Agility to travel extensively both in and outside of the country
∎ Capable to work under extensive pressure to achieve target
Salary: Negotiable
