Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA major in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, BRAC and North South with good academic record

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deals with clients and agencies
∎ Find new clients and retaining existing clients by providing priority services
∎ Building long-term relationship with the clients and agencies
∎ Preparing business proposal and presentation for the new clients and agencies as per their requirement
∎ Report about Monthly/Yearly target Vs achievement
∎ Collect pay order, cheque, online receipt from clients
∎ Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance
∎ Preparing sales plan as per given sales target
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 8-10 years of experience on the said post
∎ TV experience is must
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet Browsing, e-mail).
∎ Candidate must have verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work independently and desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Candidate should be smart and well mannered.
