∎ Knowledge of buyer standards·
∎ Visual inspection and measurement accuracy·
∎ Color fastness evaluation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define quality standards and processes.
∎ Report quality issues to buyers daily.
∎ Ensure TQM for customer satisfaction.
∎ Lead continuous process improvements.
∎ Ensure customer focus, leadership, evidence-based decisions, and process improvements.
∎ Smooth communication verbally with buyers through English to explain during production floor visit.
∎ Develop digital quality dashboards for real-time defect tracking across production lines.
∎ Implement AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection protocols for different buyer compliance requirements.
∎ Establish supplier quality audit frameworks for trim and accessory vendors.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects using fishbone diagrams.
∎ Handle tasks assigned by management.
