Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance and Operate Network in Network interfaced Machines.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
∎ Domain Server configuration, maintenance (Use For: User Data Share, Storage and Security).
∎ Updating with new ICT technology:
∎ Work with the Management to review and update the IT strategy and program,
∎ Implement IT strategy, to include System Planning, Integration, Project Management, IT Infrastructure-development, Access Policies, Data Protection & Disaster and Web Management etc.
∎ Assigned jobs, activities & evaluate performance of the team members.
∎ Able to solve any kind of hardware/software, windows program problem.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, IPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).
∎ Installing & configuring windows server & MS SQL server.
∎ Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keep records of IT equipment.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, protecting & developing company's IT systems such as Access level maintain, Access Control, Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation systemically.
∎ Look after the Server & secure the server, also ensure data backup by systemically.
∎ Regular monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
∎ Develop and Implement organizational IT policy, rules and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). So far develop a full control & secure IT network for RMG sector.
∎ Responsible for preparing different type of MIS report as per management required.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
∎ Continuous update of any development related issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, MIS, Network Engineering.
∎ Should have minimum 1-2 years' experience in Payroll & ERP related software.
∎ Should be able to install & configure computer hardware, all kind of operating system and other application.
∎ Check daily backups, all system interfaces, hardware and logs.
∎ Should Have Strong Knowledge on Online IPS & UPS.
∎ Should have experience in Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Knowing WordPress/Joomla or another CMS.
∎ Must have skill on hosting application on Cpanel
∎ Proficiency with CSS3/Bootstrap/JavaScript/HTML5
