Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage Online Campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive brand visibility and conversions.
  • Social Media Management
    • Oversee all social media activities including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics to strengthen brand presence and community growth.
  • Content Planning & SEO
    • Develop SEO-driven content strategies for websites, blogs, and social media. Optimize content to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting
    • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools. Prepare monthly reports and data insights for management review.
  • Email & SMS Marketing
    • Design and execute automated email and SMS campaigns for promotions, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
  • Website & Landing Page Optimization
    • Collaborate with developers and designers to improve UI/UX, conversion rates, and overall user engagement on digital platforms.
  • Lead Generation & CRM Integration
    • Develop digital lead generation strategies, integrate CRM tools, and ensure efficient lead tracking and follow-up processes.
  • Brand Consistency Across Channels
    • Ensure visual and communication consistency across all online platforms and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing activities with brand and business objectives.
  • Digital Innovation & Market Trends
    • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to recommend innovative marketing solutions.
  • Budget Management & ROI Optimization
    • Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI from all paid and organic campaigns.
