We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team as Manager/Asst. General Manager (Civil) under the Internal Audit Department for Bashundhara Group.
Job Responsibilities:-
Reviewing & monitoring internal control systems of civil work and recommending improvements to the internal control system
Checking different types of Civil contractors’ bills
Checking BOQ based on the civil drawings
Prepare variance analysis report on the actual and the BOQ cost
Checking and evaluating of technical and commercial offers before participation in the tender process as a member of the tender committee
Checking the Comparative Statement (CS) for procuring civil construction materials
Frequently visit the construction site to evaluate the contractor’s and the Engineer’s performance and assess quality of work
Participate in physical survey work on raw materials and other items of inventories and land development survey
Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management`s interventions
Any other task assigned by line Manager.
