Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales strategies to promote digital lending solutions

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Identify target customer segments and tailor digital lending solutions to meet their needs.

  • Ensure effective positioning of products in the market to maximize adoption and revenue growth.

Build strong partner networks to expand product reach

  • Establish and nurture relationships with activation partners, dealers, and other stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual growth and sustainability.

  • Leverage partner networks to penetrate new markets and enhance product visibility.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives.

  • Resolve operational challenges promptly to maintain program efficiency.

  • Align partner activities with organizational objectives to deliver consistent customer experience.

Lead market activation campaigns for awareness and customer acquisition

  • Design and execute marketing and activation campaigns to drive product awareness.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and outreach programs.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimize customer acquisition.

Support field teams and partners to ensure target achievement

  • Provide performance oversight to field teams and sales partners.

  • Set clear targets, track progress, and ensure accountability across all stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions to maintain high performance standards.

Track performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities

  • Collect and analyze sales and operational data from digital platforms.

  • Generate insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Recommend actionable strategies to enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

Monitor market trends and competition to position products effectively

  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Conduct market research to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Ensure digital lending products remain competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
