Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and guide the marketing team to achieve goals.
∎ Plan, organize, and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets of yarn.
∎ Extensive coordination with production management and customers.
∎ Conduct customer needs analysis, capture requirements, analyze, prepare, and submit proposals to potential customers.
∎ Verify L/C-related documentation and authentication of various parties.
∎ Identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and sales prospects.
∎ To educate the target customer regarding the product.
∎ Develop, establish, and maintain profitable relationships with existing customers.
∎ Maintain effective prospecting and task tracking and keeping their data.
∎ Directly report to the Management regarding any marketing-related issues.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years experiences in any 100% export oriented textile/garment industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
