Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Textile Engineering will be given preferences.
∎ MBA in Marketing, International Business, management and related Subject.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for our Yarn Sales and Marketing department as Manager - Sales & Marketing both export and local Market to Implement assigned task process in accordance with SOP.
∎ Workplace Work at office but travel outside for sales and marketing related activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of correspondence/negotiate with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up Production Planning.
∎ Should be capable Yarn Sales & Marketing both export and local Marke.
∎ Proactive planning and organized production schedules considering delivery date by assessing of production capacity.
∎ Coordinate and work closely with other cross-functional sections/teams like production, commercial, Finance etc for the smooth production and delivery.
∎ To monitor and close follow-up with commercial team on Party Acceptance, Bank maturity/Acceptance, LC Collection & Payment collection.
∎ Communicates/corresponding with factories in order to negotiate price, machine, production per day, quality in a professional manner, etc.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge about textile industry and its various products.
∎ The applicants have to develop new buyers, maintain existing buyers and do sales service.
∎ Perform reconciliation of each work order & creates the database (e.g. machine detail, rate, availability, etc.) of the factories.
∎ He/she must ensure in introducing new buyer/s with a certain level of order/s.
∎ Act as Business to Business (B2B) employee.
∎ Management of sales budgets and proper knowledge on product cost.
∎ Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
∎ Taking initiative for develop sales volume and product branding.
∎ Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
∎ Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions.
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques of sales and marketing.
∎ Fixing the targets and achieving the goals.
∎ Evaluation of competitor's activities, product performance and price.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Textile marketing preferable in Yarn sales and marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile Engineering, Textile marketing, Yarn Sourcing and Sales.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile/Spinning.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail, Marketing related data analysis
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Outstanding leadership quality along with communication skills expected to perform the desired job role.
∎ Good communication, reporting and presentation skill in speaking & writing in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with taking self-responsibility.
∎ Good Interpersonal and Leadership skill to run the department.
∎ Willing to Travel.
