Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell travel products and visa, tour packages, Tickets
∎ Promote and market the business, sometimes to new or niche markets
∎ Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance, Embassy works.
∎ Market Visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Monitor & follow-up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices i.e. maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation
∎ Team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Responsible to renew all related official documents yearly.
∎ Maintain good relation with various airlines and related office.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM / ACM policies.
∎ Have experience in-group ticket arrangement and act as a tour guide if needed.
∎ Must be able to meet monthly sales targets.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive, and hard working.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tour and Travel Agency
∎ Skills required: sales and marketing
