Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ CGPA has to be at least 3.0 out of 4.0.
∎ Must be proficiency of MS Office & Excel.
∎ North South University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,East West University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities management segments of the organization.
∎ To prepare day to day report on log-books, mileage & Oil-fuel, CNG consumption, vehicle
∎ Maintain liaison and negotiating with necessary Govt. offices as like as BRTA, Roads & Highways, Local Police station etc.
∎ Prepare, update and safe keeping of all records and document (tax token, fitness, road permit etc).
∎ Reviewing and carrying out necessary repair and maintenance of the vehicles as and when required.
∎ Solving vehicle, transportation related issues raised by driver/ helper.
∎ Checking all log-book and fuel consumption report for all vehicles and submitting credit bill to finance for payment.
∎ Checking vehicle cost at all Offices/Bureau on daily basis and ensuring related entry in software.
∎ Lead the logistic team ensuring 360-degree services from all the sectors of transport management segments of the organization.
∎ Execute proper management of the pool vehicles as well as employee car services
∎ Prepare variance report between budget vs actual
∎ Vehicle Utilization Analysis Report
∎ Regular data collection & verification
∎ Monthly Maintenance cost Analysis Report
∎ Monthly Fuel Cost Analysis Report
∎ Maintain proper communication with internal and external stakeholders
∎ TMS update, and etc
∎ Maintain All transports GPS tracker systems.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in Diploma courses on Transport.
